All earnings are subject to review and may be adjusted or revoked in the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity. Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary based on user activity.

5. Investment Opportunities

Users may participate in investment opportunities provided through the platform. All investments carry inherent risks, including the possible loss of capital. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your investment decisions. PulseStream does not provide financial or investment advice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated systems or bots to manipulate interactions or earnings
• Creating multiple or fake accounts for the purpose of referral or earnings manipulation
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal behavior
• Uploading or sharing offensive, harmful, or unlawful content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the platform are the property of PulseStream or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of earnings or investments, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PulseStream operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PulseStream is registered and operates.
